Suasana melody di Malaysia:Teori Dhuat (1)

Faktor keselesaan rakyat jelata menyebabkan terhasilnya melodi indah di tanah Melayu Khatulistiwa.

Berbeza di Timur tengah yang semangat nya membara dek cuaca panas dan terik menghasilkan melodi bersemangat kental.Mungkin juga penindasan terhadap rakyat jelata menyebabkan folk musik mereka menentang penindasan disusuli irama rentak perjuangan.

Berbeza dengan kita,Khatulistiwa.. disogokkan dengan lagu bangau oh bangau (bukan angau oh angau yer)yang mana telah bersawang di minda rakyat sejak sekian lama seterusnya menjurus kepada mengiyakan/menceritakan dan mempraktikkan "blamming culture".

Berbeza dengan irama di negara Tropika; Indonesia dan Thailand,Filipina.(Vietnam another story)

Mereka tak mewah sepaerti tanah Melayu.

Irama mereka real, mereka lapar, mereka ditindas pemerintah, makanya musikanya kian tulus.

Menceritakan keadaan sebenar (Iwan Falls, Belalang tua) dan bukannya cerita cinta atau angan angan sepertimana lagu rock Malaysia tahun 80an (Search,Rozana86) juga nasyid 2000 (UNIC,CUDIPT)

Mungkin juga seperti di indonesia dan juga Filipina, anak2 kecil sudah mempunyai basic music yang tinggi hasil pengaruh choir.

Nak kata kekangan politik yang menyekat lagu menjadi kritis, tak juga.
Mentaliti dan juga sogokan lagu2 sebegini semenjak sebelum merdeka menyebabkan lagu Melayu menjadi sebegini.

Ada dengar lagu P Ramlee yang menentang penjajah? Takdek kan?
Ada dengar lagu R Azmi menyuruh ke arah kebaikan? Takdek kan?
Ada dengar lagu joget/ghazal yang menentang penindasan ? Takdek kan?

Yang ada cuma lagu yang menjurus kepada kedamaian,jiwa-jiwa, walaupun genre musik yang berbeza namu halatujunya tetap satu... jiwang karat geli.

M Nasir ada jugalah membuat lagu menentang penindasan cumanya dia agak berlapik berbanding Iwan Falls.

Pemusik/pembikin musik yang berjaya adalah yang mejuruskan rakyat agar berfikiran terbuka.

Marley’s popularity was very appealing to politicians. During Jamaica’s election of its prime minister they knew the support of someone famous, such as Marley, could sway the public. In Jamaica, this created the problem of granting a musical artist the power to decide an election. Everyone knew of or had listened to Marley, so it made sense for his support to be fought over between the candidates.

In Jamaica, Marley could voice the feelings and opinions of his fellow citizens, who were delusional with the failures of independence and the breakdown of local politics. The role of music in Jamaica contributed to Marley’s music. It helped play an important role in giving voice and communicating with an increasingly important political class in the evolving country. Undoubtedly, he was favored by both sides of the politic battle in Jamaica and with many other nations around the world. Marley avoided direct involvement in politics, because the Rastafarian people believe that activities like that were essentially invalid manifestations of the work of higher government authorities against which they believed. One of the original reasons behind Bob Marley’s emergence as a leader within post-independent Jamaica was simple: the complete failure of the country’s political leaders to represent the needs of the black lower classes in the years before and after their independence. By staying away from the malevolent competitive battles of the actual and possible political leaders, he could attract a group of followers that others could not amass. “As former Jamaican prime minister Michael Manley has noted, ‘Marley took what was a subculture in Jamaica and elevated it to a dominant culture…[He] took a folk art and he elevated it into a universal language of communication.’ Perhaps the expansion of black culture was even more important than political change” (Wolk, par. 9).

Bob Marley hanya salah satu contoh, banyak lagi..

persis apa yang Iwan Falls lakukan di Indonesia pada suatu ketika dahulu.

Jangan terlalu bebas hingga melahirkan fahaman lagu black metal, punk racist, Da Bomb disco. Jikalau tak dikawal, lagu2 melayu/orang putih ini boleh menjurus kepada zina, membenci kaum menentang hukum ALLAH.
