no more junk food/chocolates
- banyakkan sayuran n buah2an

no more tea susu/tarik/milo/air gas
- air suam banyak2 (eiii)

semua meals cut into half

Jogging selepas subuh

kurangkan dinner

no more supper

no more desert


i had enough!
